Harcourts Purba Bali wanted to gain market share in the very competitive Bali real estate market. Even though the team has decades of experience, a strong network, and an internationally known brand, they struggled, and especially during the Covid pandemic, to generate revenue and grow. They looked to Geonet to build brand awareness and lead generation.
We created a full-service, omni-present marketing campaign that encompassed the following:
- Visually stunning graphics and ads for Harcourts Purba Bali, running on social media platforms, targeting domestic travelers to Bali, expats living in Indonesia, and property investors
- Social Media organic posts for beautiful villas, featured properties and agency news
- Google PPC campaigns for high-volume search terms and keywords such as “Bali Villas” and “Villas for sale, Bali”
- Geo-targeting for ads over the Bali Airport and high-end shopping centres in Jakarta, specifically targeting high-end audiences and domestic visitors to Bali. This was especially important, since the pandemic didn’t hurt upper class Indonesians, the demographic’s wealth was growing and they continued to show interest in Bali investments.
- Specific ads for featured villas and properties, targeting property buyers and investors
- Retargeting ads and graphics displayed on popular news and lifestyle sites throughout Indonesia
Website traffic increased, with direct results coming from the Google PPC campaigns, Facebook click-to-website ads, and retargeting ads.
In the first 4 months of 2021, the campaigns generated 233 leads from Facebook.
25 New Listings in January
With the property market heating up going into 2021, MRE celebrated a total of 25 new listings in January, which became another highly effective ad campaign, as homes across the region selling for higher than asking price.
Our ads were extremely effective, bringing interested buyers and sellers to the website, with ad spend at IDR 1,607 (USD .11) per click, and IDR 29,092 (USD 2.04) per lead.
