June 30, 2021Real Estate Marketing Ideas 2022 – How to Attract Millennials
July 1, 2021When real estate meets technology…
As technology advances, so has the real estate industry. And videos have become key tools for realtors to share their listings and introduce themselves to prospective clients. On this blog, we will take a look at all the fun that Geonet Team had when we did the photo and video shoot for our Real Estate client, Harcourts Purba Bali.
Many new technologies have come and gone in the real estate world. However, listing videos is a trend that is here to stay. According to the National Association of Realtors, 73% of home sellers would choose a real estate agent who utilizes video to market their property.
There is no doubt that having high-quality and professional photography and videography is an absolute must for any real estate agent. Nowadays, your prospective home buyers need to inspect your property inside and out. Thus, you need to take them on a virtual tour through every image that is displayed on your website, from the bedroom and bathroom, the common living areas, the garage, and even to the basement.
However, in order to reap the benefits of investing in a listing video, your video must have good visibility. A professionally produced video will capture your audience’s attention. Our team at Geonet is dedicated to providing our clients with the highest quality products and services — professional photography, videography, and more.
A couple of months ago, our team had an opportunity to do a photoshoot and video shoot for Harcourts Purba Bali – An award-winning real estate agency in Bali with more than 15 years of experience. They specialize in villa, land, and property for sale, leasehold, or rent in and around Bali. The shooting process took the whole day in a stunning brand-new villa in the heart of Umalas, Bali. One thing we can say; we had a lot of fun doing this project and we would like to share this with YOU! So, let’s take a peek behind the curtain and for the final video, you can check it out on our YouTube channel!
